Conceived as an abecedary, the text combines personal reflections, scientific annotations, and philosophical analyses arising from the unique amphibious context of this region. Devoid of chapters, "Abécédaire of Fringes" can be navigated by tracing a path through it, echoing the jagged nature of the text itself. As Ben Livne Weitzman, curator of the Crespo Foundation's Glenkeen, points out in the book's introduction: "There is a sense of urgency in exploring the margins, as these multifaceted and inherently non-binary spaces are systematically overlooked and excluded from dominant narratives and structures. […] It transforms the landscape itself into a narrator, inviting reflection and revelation within and alongside the ever-shifting coastline".
