Place Dauphine

Cécilia Jauniau - Place Dauphine
This artist's book for insiders brings together a selection of Polaroids, silver gelatin photographs, and collages that are part of a series of works on eroticism that Cécilia Jauniau has been working on since 2023.
Born in 1974 in Dijon, Cécilia Jauniau studied fine arts at Paris 8 University and Queen's College in New York. Although she initially wanted to be a painter, she turned to photography, while maintaining an interest in drawing. The naked female body is her model, and the origin of the world in all its facets (front and back) is one of her inspirations.
Edited by Cécilia Jauniau and Clément Gagliano.
Texts by Ferdinand Gouzon and Véronique Massa.
