Marine Armandin (born 1991, lives and works in Paris) is a visual artist and set designer. Her work spans photography, video, books, and installation. She is particularly interested in amateur and found images—home video tapes, photographs gleaned from flea markets or online—and uses them to question the ways in which objects circulate, wear out, accumulate, or are passed down. Through installations and textile sculptures, she explores clothing as a vessel of memory, marked by use, the body, and the passage of time.
