Amanda Vähämäki (born 1981 in Tampere) is a Finnish comic artist. Her work deals with the strangeness which slides into everyday life. In the backyards, in laundry baskets, under a twisted pebble, in the heart of a snowball, wonders are everywhere. They can emerge in the shape of a unicorn or in a simple shadow. Her work has been published by Drawn & Quaterly, Kuti Kuti, Canicola, or Frémok in France.
