Emi Ueoka is a Japanese artist working primarily in pencil. She studied in the United Kingdom, exhibiting life drawings at the National Portrait Gallery as a high school student, and graduated in Graphic Design from Central Saint Martins, London. In 2011 she began her career as an illustrator with commissions including British Vogue, The New York Times, Shiseido and Herman Miller.
