The fourth issue of Le Signe Design (the Cahiers of the National Graphic Design Center), under the sign of Japan.
LSD – Le Signe Design is an annual review of the Centre national du graphisme in Chaumont and its themes are related to the exhibitions program of the art center. This fourth issue explores questions related to three exhibitions presented at Le Signe in 2022 and 2023: "Mangas", "digital(Soba Choko)", and "Butsu Butsu—Contemporary Graphic Design in Japan". Moving from mingei to manga, this issue addresses themes such as contemporary drawing and popular arts.
