Classeur is a theoretical
architecture magazine published annually by Cosa Mentale Editions. In contrast to publications that select content based solely on current events, Classeur offers a timeless perspective—an assessment of the present state of things. Structured around a central theme—the core element of its editorial framework—each issue reveals, assembles, compiles, and aggregates documents that shed light on that theme: the narratives. From their unfiltered confrontation, questions arise.Positioning the reader as an active observer, Classeur invites both questioning and self-questioning.
A carefully constructed compilation that tells a story, Classeur is a collective and multidisciplinary work that brings together international contributors: historians, architects, visual artists, craftsmen, photographers, researchers, and writers.
