This first monograph in French on the Swedish artist Lars Fredrikson, situated at the intersection of art history, sound studies, and media studies, seeks to shed light on the distinctive features of his work by highlighting its dialogue with the history of painting, kinetic and electronic arts, music, and sound practices in art, as well as the epistemologies and material cultures of science and technology.
