French Connection

French Connection - French Connection
The French art scene with 88 art critics and 88 artists, on 800 pages in color.
A portrait of the French art scene, which today is quite remarkable for its dynamism and invention, with 88 art critics and 88 artists, on 800 pages in color.
The choice of the artists is the product of a collaboration between Blackjack editions and the authors. Eight pages are dedicated to every artist, among whom six pages of reproductions of the works in color; a space which allows to present several aspects of the artists' oeuvre. 88 art critics wrote a text closing each section: the book also draws up, in echo, a portrait of the art critic in France today.
Not an exhaustive work, French Connection's aim is to be representative. It is a cross-section of an even richer territory.
Edited by Léa Gauthier.
