Panamarenko

Belgian artist, expelled from the Academy of Fine Arts, Panamarenko (Henri Van Herwegen, 1940-2019) tries to face the Physicists errors by developing its own mathematical theories. He creates that way all kinds of flying machines, submarines, etc. to overcome the burdens of the world and making from "Utopia" an unconditional reality.
