CCS ParisCentre Culturel Suisse – 2003-2005

 - CCS Paris
The illustrated catalogue of the Swiss Cultural Center in Paris.
Since its foundation in the 1980s, the Centre Culturel Suisse de Paris (CCSP) has been a focal point of Swiss culture in the French capital. It is an important component of the local cultural scene and is recognized as such. This book documents among others, outstanding shows such as Swiss-Swiss Democracy by Thomas Hirschhorn, Guantanamo Initiative by Christoph Büchel and Gianni Motti, Architecture invisible by Philippe Rahm, etc.
"The CCSP should be much more than just a showcase for Swiss cultural 'products'. It should be the embodiment of a particular mentality. A mentality which is as liberal as possible, leaving room for differences which stimulate the exchange of views and challenge debate, thus participating in the global discourse on art today".
Michel Ritter, Artistic Director of the CCS Paris
