Espèces d'espaceThe Eighties – First Part

Espèces d\'espace - Espèces d\'espace
To each, the Eighties evoke the last years before the fall of the Berlin wall, the globalization and the explosion of the Internet. These are contradictory years for the artists, these of a will of change for society and for the public space, in as much / as well as these of a re-centering on a domestic and private sphere.
This book, accompanying the eponym show, reassembles the most significant texts and images of works of the time. It is followed by a second part, devoted to images and representations.
